The Process of Registering with APEDA

The process of registering with APEDA is as follows:

  1. Apply online: You can apply for registration online on the APEDA website.

  2. Submit the required documents: You will need to submit the following documents with your application:

    • A copy of your Import-Export Code (IEC) issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT).

    • A bank certificate in the prescribed form to support the financial soundness of the applicant.

    • Certified copy of Memorandum of Association (MOA) or Partnership Deed (in case of a partnership firm) or Trust Deed/Memorandum of Rules & Regulations (in case of trust/society).

    • Details of registered office, head office, and branch office.

    • Duly signed and sealed copy of the application form.

    • Bank A/c. statement of the bank account of the firm (for latest 2 months)

    • Canceled cheque.

  3. Pay the registration fee: The registration fee is ₹5000 (exclusive of GST).

  4. Track your application status: You can track the status of your application online on the APEDA website.

  5. Obtain your registration certificate: Once your application is approved, you will be issued a registration certificate by APEDA.


Our Fees for APEDA registration is 7500 (including government fees of 5900/-).
